Scouts' Nights Away Permits

The Horner Site is currently classified as a Green Field site under the terms of the Nights Away Permit Scheme.

Nights Away Notification
Horner is a Scout Camp site. Groups from outside the 'home' District are therefore not required to inform the 'host'
District Commissioner when they camp at Horner.

Event Passports
Camping events led by young people under 18 years, such as Patrol camps, Explorer Scout expeditions and overnight
hikes will require an Event Passport. Those wishing to camp at Horner will have to supply details (probably a photocopy) of the Event Passport.
